Michigan golf trips · One honest flat fee

Your Michigan golf trip, planned right.

I'm Mike. I plan Michigan golf trips for groups of 4 to 20+, the courses, the order, where to stay, where to eat, all of it. I book nothing and take no commissions, so the only person my advice serves is you.

Ten-plus years. Hundreds of rounds. One honest read.

The Availability Guarantee

Plans meet the real world, and sometimes a tee time or a room is gone by the time you call. If anything in your plan isn't available when you book it on the schedule I give you, I fix it free until your trip is fully booked. You're never left holding a plan that doesn't work.

Bay Harbor. Arcadia Bluffs. Forest Dunes. Boyne. The Midwest's best golf, all in one trip.

Why Groups Hire Me

The trip you would have to build yourself.

Research

15-plus hours across courses, tee sheets, and rentals.

Routing

Hours lost to a base picked for the rental, not the golf.

Tee times

The best slots gone by the time you call.

The group

An endless group chat where nobody decides.

The trip

Hope it all comes together.

10+ years of experience building golf packages for groups of every size.

I don't disappear after I send the plan.

Most planners hand you a PDF and you never hear from them again. That's not me. I've spent ten-plus years planning these trips for buddies, families, and groups that come back year after year, and these are the trips I take myself. I'm around the whole way through, from the first planning call to the last round, and I'm always happy to answer whatever comes up, where to grab dinner, what to do if the weather turns, any of it. You're not buying a document. You're getting a real person who knows these towns and actually cares how your trip goes.

Why the fee is the easy part

The smallest number on your trip.

Here's the honest math, no spin. Set your group and the kind of trip, and watch where the money actually goes. The planning fee is the thin gold sliver at the end.

Group size

Kind of trip

Rounds $2,880
Lodging $2,160
Food & drink $1,760
Travel $800
Planning fee $750

On this trip the planning fee is about 9% of the total. That's $188 a head.

Figures are honest ballpark estimates to show proportion, not a quote. Your real plan is built to your group and budget.

A Real Trip I Built

A real four-day trip, routed the way I'd route yours.

Four days in Northern Michigan, routed the way a decade of experience routes it.

  1. DRIVE NORTH

    Day 1

    Arrive and ease in

An arrival-day round routed off the drive north, so the trip starts on the way up instead of after it. Check into the Charlevoix home base, dinner downtown, nobody touches a car again tonight.

Dinner is a short walk from the downtown home base.

  2. 25 MIN

    Day 2

The round the trip is built around

Bay Harbor in the morning, when the wind is down and the light is right. The whole itinerary is sequenced to protect this tee time. Afternoon free, elevated dinner back in town.

Drive from home base: about 25 minutes.

  3. 25 MIN

    Day 3

    A different kind of test

Boyne Highlands plays inland through rolling terrain, a complete change of pace from the water. Strong golf that does not try to outdo yesterday. Casual night in Charlevoix.

Drive from home base: about 25 minutes.

  4. 5 MIN

    Day 4

Close five minutes from the door

A classic finishing round right in Charlevoix. Play, grab lunch, and drive home from the course with no backtracking. The trip ends on a high note instead of a logistics problem.

Drive from home base: five minutes.

FAQ

Common questions.

You receive a complete, ready-to-execute itinerary document covering course recommendations with booking links, curated lodging options, restaurant recommendations, routing and timing strategy, and tee time guidance. For the White Glove Experience, I also book every tee time and lodging reservation on your behalf and serve as your single point of contact through departure.

After you reach out, I'll ask a few follow-up questions to understand the scope of your trip. Once I have a clear picture, I'll share a flat fee and send a Stripe link. After payment is received, I get to work and deliver on the timeline that matches your plan.

I never mark up course or lodging rates.

The Weekender is delivered within 24 hours of payment. Premium plans arrive within 5 business days. The clock starts the moment payment clears.

Peak season (June–September) fills 3–4 months out for premier courses. I recommend reaching out as soon as you have rough dates and group size. I can always refine it later.

Plans are built for groups of 4 to 20+. The Premium Trip Plan covers up to around 20 golfers for the same flat fee, so most groups fit without stepping up to White Glove.

The Weekender and Premium plans include booking links and strategy so your group can book directly. The White Glove Experience includes full booking on your behalf.

Life happens. Premium plans include 2–3 revision rounds, and I work with your group if dates or courses need to shift. White Glove clients have dedicated support throughout the planning process.
